With the purchase of our IoT products you receive the standard support free of charge. This includes the use of our online resources (User Manual, Knowledgebase, FAQ) as well as 45 min support per month via our Helpdesk.

Premium Support

For even better support you can get our premium support. Then you can not only use our online resources and contact us via the Helpdesk. You will then receive a dedicated Customer Success Manager, who you can also reach by telephone. You will receive 150 minutes of support per month and your support requests will be prioritized.
