We are exhibitor at the Marktplatz Industrie 4.0 in Böblingen from 08 to 10 September 2020.

This year we will focus on the connection of various decentralized data sources to the company infrastructure in order to integrate self-sufficient machines or plants economically despite long distances. With our solutions, important data for the intelligent factory on-site can be integrated even more easily into automation processes. Data from remote infrastructures, such as water basin levels in a sewage treatment plant, are collected together with data from standard bus systems in a simple, efficient and cost-effective manner, standardized and passed on in our server instance for data analysis. In this way, the system makes it easier for the end-user to combine and process the various systems from different manufacturers at a central location.

Our active field distributor Spider67 Mobile, which sends its sensor/actuator data via mobile radio or Wi-Fi to a higher-level server instance, enables the various stakeholders to receive real-time data from the system. In this way, the data can be obtained from a sewage treatment plant without the need for cost-intensive installation of the field level by cable over the extensive grounds of the plant. The connection via mobile radio or Wi-Fi simplifies the integration into existing IT structures considerably. Especially in the open field without available infrastructure, the module is at home. Thanks to our highly flexible elcoSIM card, which is already implemented, your plants or machines can be networked worldwide.
